Activating your SignalVista SIM card is simple. Insert the SIM into your device, restart it, and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also activate online through our website or mobile app by entering your SIM card number and personal details. Activation typically takes 5-10 minutes. If you need assistance, our customer support team is available 24/7.

Our billing cycle runs monthly from the date of activation. We offer multiple payment options including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment apps. You can set up automatic payments through your account dashboard to ensure uninterrupted service. Bills are sent via email 5 days before the due date, and you can view your billing history anytime in your online account.

All our plans include roaming data for GCC countries (Essential and Advanced) or global roaming (Ultimate). Roaming is automatically activated when you travel. You'll receive an SMS with roaming rates and your available data allowance. Additional roaming packages can be purchased through our app or website. Data usage while roaming is deducted from your plan's roaming allowance, and you'll receive notifications at 50%, 80%, and 100% usage.

You can enter your specific address or area to check signal strength and network type. We also offer a free 7-day trial SIM card so you can test our network quality in your most frequented locations before committing to a plan.

If you exceed your monthly data allowance, your data speed will be reduced to 1Mbps for the remainder of the billing cycle. You can purchase additional high-speed data add-ons at any time through our app or website. We'll send you notifications at 75%, 90%, and 100% of your data usage to help you manage your consumption. The Ultimate plan includes unlimited data, so you'll never experience speed reductions.

Switching plans is easy and can be done anytime through your online account or mobile app. Simply select your new plan, and the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you need to upgrade immediately, you can do so with a prorated charge for the current month. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle to ensure you get full value from your current plan. There are no fees for switching plans.
